DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We deliver our products within the UAE and to selected Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

  3. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
  4. Proof of delivery: Customer signature is required upon delivery, and the signed delivery receipt will be retained as proof of delivery.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  2. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
  3. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
